Commissions

We work with broadcasters, production companies, organisations, and independent filmmakers to bring their projects to life. Our team combines directing, cinematography, producing, and research expertise to support films that are thoughtful, authentic, and engaging.

From concept development and pre-production planning to production, post-production, and delivery, we contribute creatively and practically at every stage. We work closely with contributors and communities to ensure each story is told with integrity, depth, and impact.

Whether producing short or feature-length documentaries, multimedia projects, or special commissions, we approach every project with the care, attention, and insight that have become central to our work..

DEC Venezuela Earthquake Appeal

Consultancy, Research, Video and Photo content for Arete on behalf of Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC)

In June 2026, we were commissioned by Arete to cover the Venezuela earthquake and produce photography and video content for the Disasters Emergency Committee's emergency appeal. Over eight days in the field, our team conducted on-the-ground research, visited affected zones, and identified and interviewed families impacted by the earthquake.

We handled all aspects of field production – from organising transport and fixing logistics to location scouting and coordinating interviews. Working in challenging conditions, we captured photography and video footage and delivered a full package of visual content and supporting materials within strict deadlines.

The final content was published across DEC member charities' platforms, including Oxfam, British Red Cross, Save the Children, and Islamic Relief, supporting the UK's largest emergency appeal of 2026. Our photography and video footage helped drive donations and awareness for communities affected by the earthquake.

Sodom and Gomorrah: Exporting Homophobia to Africa

A documentary produced for Redfish Media

Uganda, a country now infamous for its proposed "kill the gays" bill is at the centre of an epidemic of violence and murder against LGBTQ+ people, and neighbouring Kenya where many Ugandans have fled, isn’t any better.
